Pool Cleaning

Pool cleaning that keeps up with Houston

Leaves, pollen, dust and summer storms land in your pool every week. Regular cleaning keeps them from settling, staining and feeding algae.

Skimming the surface of a rectangular pool during a cleaning visit

What a cleaning visit covers

  • Surface skimming to lift leaves, bugs and floating debris
  • Wall and step brushing to stop algae from taking hold
  • Vacuuming the floor as needed
  • Skimmer and pump baskets emptied
  • Tile line wiped down to slow scale buildup
  • Water level checked and topped up if low
  • Quick equipment look for leaks or odd noises
  • A note after the visit if anything needs your attention
The process

How a visit goes

  1. Arrive on your set day

Your pool is on the route for the same day each week (or every other week), so you always know when to expect us.

  2. Clean from top to bottom

Skim the surface, brush walls and steps, then vacuum, so debris ends up in the filter instead of back on the floor.

  3. Check and report

Baskets emptied, water level checked, and anything unusual written down and passed along to you.

Questions

Pool Cleaning FAQ

How often should my pool be cleaned?

Most Houston pools do best with weekly cleaning, especially from spring through fall. Pools with a screen enclosure or very few trees can often go every other week.

Do I need to be home for cleaning visits?

No. As long as the technician can reach the pool safely and pets are inside, you don't need to be there. Tell us about gate codes or locks when you request a quote.

Can you clean a pool that has turned green?

Yes. A green pool needs a one-time cleanup and extra chemical treatment before regular service starts. We'll look at the condition and quote it separately.

Is chemical balancing part of cleaning?

Cleaning and chemistry go hand in hand, and most customers want both. Your quote will spell out exactly what each visit includes. See our pool maintenance page for the chemistry side.

Ready for a pool you don't have to think about?

Service starts in March 2027. Send a quote request now and we'll hold a spot on the schedule for your pool.
