When does service start?
Regular service begins in March 2027. You can request a quote now to reserve a spot on the schedule.
What areas do you serve?
Houston and nearby cities, including Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, League City, Missouri City, Pasadena, Baytown, Friendswood, Spring and Bellaire. Send your ZIP code and we'll confirm.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on pool size, how much debris it gets, how often you want service and any extras like a spa. You'll get a written price before anything starts.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Requesting a quote costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.
Who will be working on my pool?
Service visits are done by independent pool technicians and specialty contractors that Pro Pool Houston schedules and coordinates. You deal with us for quotes, scheduling, billing and questions.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. The technician just needs safe access to the pool, and pets should be kept inside. Let us know about gate codes or locks.
How often should my pool be serviced?
Weekly service works best for most Houston pools, especially in warm months and under trees. Every other week can work for screened pools or lighter debris.
Do you work on saltwater pools?
Yes. Saltwater pools still need water testing and balancing, plus regular salt cell checks.
Can you fix a green pool?
Yes. A green pool needs a one-time cleanup and treatment before regular service. We'll quote it based on its condition.
What happens after a big storm?
Storms can dump debris into pools and throw off the chemistry. Contact us once it's safe and we'll schedule a cleanup and equipment check.
